Each Jigsaw school runs one Show Term every year, a time when everything our students have been working on comes to life on stage. These productions combine drama, singing, and dance in a joyful celebration of their progress, talent, and teamwork. Every show is written by our teachers, with parts created specifically so that every child can take part. There are no lead roles just lots of opportunities for everyone to shine in their own way.
Because our shows are written in-house, each one is completely unique. We build them around the personalities and strengths of each group, which makes the final performance feel really personal. Whether it’s a laugh-out-loud comedy, a musical adventure, or something a bit more dramatic, our shows are full of energy and imagination.
On show day, the excitement is real. With costumes, lights, music, and a real audience of friends and family, our students step onto the stage ready to give it their all. It’s a day filled with nerves, laughter, and a huge sense of pride.
For us, these shows aren’t about being perfect. They’re about giving children a chance to express themselves, grow in confidence, and feel proud of what they’ve achieved. It’s about the journey, the effort, and the magic of being part of something together.
