Our joyful parent-child classes are specially designed for children aged 6 months to 3 years. Over 45 minutes, grown-ups and little ones explore the world together through stories, music, songs, and movement, all brought to life with exciting multi-sensory props (think colourful pom poms, ribbons, and more!). Using drama, singing, and dance, Jigsaw Jumpers is a magical first step into self-expression and creativity.

Jigsaw runs three 11-week terms each year (Spring, Summer, and Autumn) providing consistent, structured performing arts training. All new families are offered a two-week trial, and if you decide to continue, you’ll have first refusal on that class space for the remainder of the term.

For children aged 6 months to 3 years, performing arts classes support the key stages of early development in a meaningful and engaging way.

Through music, movement, and storytelling, little ones develop important gross motor skills as they jump, spin, stretch, and explore their bodies. Repetitive rhythms and songs help strengthen early communication, encouraging speech, sound recognition, and expression.

In a parent-child setting, the presence of a familiar adult builds confidence and security, while shared activities nurture social development teaching little ones to listen, take turns, and respond to others.

It’s a playful and joyful way to support their growing independence, whilst laying strong foundations for school readiness, emotional awareness, and creative exploration.
